Do you think Alex Rodriguez will be a hall of famer?

I was having a conversation with some friends about future Hall of Famers. Of course names like Jeter, Pujols, Griffey, Rivera, Hoffman, Ichiro, Thome, and Vizquel were obvious among a few others. But A-Rod had the problem with steroids. He probably will break the HR record and is one of the greatest of all time stastistic wise. He had the steroid problem and admitted to using, but apologies weren't accepted. What do you think?
