I'm a hs xc runner and I have a summer race coming up. I'm not all that worried about it, but its at 7, and I'm a horrible morning person, especially if I'm going to run. I've been running in the morning the last few times, but I feel sluggish and I keep pushing my workout farther and farther, even on 7-9 hours of sleep. Even when I run at a later time, I don't have any motivation and I'm not very determined. Any suggestions on how to have more determination and motivation?? Also, I don't always enjoy running, but I really want to....Help!
