I am so active during the day and when I am active I just cannot eat, it completely supresses my hunger and when I force myself to eat even a little bit it makes me feel horrible, sluggish and bloated. Only when I've been sedentary for a few hours do I get an appetite, which is as night. Eating that meal at night also helps me sleep. Is it okay that I only eat once a day? I get enough calories (and not too much either) because I make sure I eat calorie dense food like nuts and the meal lasts a few hours.
