This summer we will be making a long road trip. In the past we've done the typical chips/candy type thing for our "snacks" and end up at our destination sluggish and with a serious case of gut rot. Our kids will be with us so I'm looking for ideas of things that travel well, are yummy but healthy and will sit well with our tummies! (I have a 9 year old and a 22 month old). I'm not opposed to cooking/baking in advance either, I just need ideas. Thanks in advance!!!
