So me and my ex boyfriend went off and on for over 2 1/2 years [11/4/09-06-13-11] and now that i finally moved on i been thinking about him everyday and it seems like the more i think about him the more i want him back. Through out our relationship he cheated on me, abused me, was dating another girl for 7 months, lied, and disrespected me billions of times but i still stuck around until May 9th. May 9th i gave up on me and him i found somebody else, well actually they found me at my job. I started talking to this guy and my ex had found out about it so he went on and fought this guy because he was mad. After my new dude and my ex had fought i lost all contact with my ex. I changed my number and everything. As the month went by the girl he cheated on me with turned out to be his new girlfriend and they updated their Facebook status saying in a relationship with so and so then it said its complicated with so and so. Currently i looked and it doesnt say anything on his page idk about hers because i blocked her. I cant stand to see them two together but i feel if he cheated on me with her he needs to stay with her and leave me alone for good. His friend told me that he still is crazy about me but he doesn't like me. Thats fine but i really want to move on from him and erase him out my life forever. Its bad enough that i live right around the corner from him and i seen him today at the bus stop and i drove right past him. But i need HELP SOMEBODY GET ME OVER MY EX BOYFRIEND PLEASSSE SOMEONE I NEED IT NOW. Cus if i dont get help im going to keep bringing his name up and im going to want him again. I have a new dude i talk to the one he fought but i still think about my ex time to time. Can i get over him or am i going to be stuck on him for awhile?

I am 16 and my scars are getting better with retin A. I know there is already a lot of competition in the acting world, but on top of that, I have slight acne scars. Runner's addiction symptoms?

I get pains in my arms and chest when I am due for a run. I allow myself to run once every 3 days and by the third day the pain starts and I get headaches. I also get sluggish and moody. While running, the endorphins kick in and I can feel the pain go away. After I run, I feel awesome. Has anyone ever heard of such strong physical withdrawal symptoms from running? It's like being addicted to drugs for me. I've never done drugs, but I imagine this is what it is like.

Baby Leopard Gecko death?

I got a baby leopard gecko from a pet store about a month ago. He was perfectly healthy when we got him. On tuesday I fed him about 3 crickets before bed. When I woke up, none of them had been eaten. I left them in thinking he would be hungry a little later. Then yesterday (thursday) I cleaned his cage for the first time, and none of them had been eaten again. I put them back in their feeder cage thingy, and put my lizard in a tupperware container with paper towels on the bottom and a small hide. I only used hose water to clean the habitat. Then I dried the habitat, put the heating pad, water bowl (full of hose water), and branch back in his cage, and placed him back in. While he was in the tupperware container, he had very green and watery stool. When I placed him back in the cage I noticed he was very sluggish. I woke up today and he had moved to the opposite side of the cage and was not breathing. Then when I touched him he didnt move, and I picked him up and he flipped over. So he's dead now. Do you think it was anything I did wrong, did he die of shock, or was it just the circle of life? No rude comments please, I'm still crying over his death. He was my first reptile. And yes I did read up on leopard geckos before I purchased him.

Its also because of the lack of fathers and the lack of good role models therefore causing teens (not just blacks) to seek out other role models and fathers through gangs and other activities. Not to mention the peer pressure in school and being made fun of or beat up for trying to learn something and trying to be smart. There's a lot to it. The only way they can be better is to be taken out of that environment and taught better.

You are so confused. You need to go see an Endocrinologist (it is a Dr who deals with hormones) who can give you the hormones you need and knows how to lower the ones you have too much of. Too much estrogen will make your breasts so tender you won't be able to stand to touch them so you don't want to start self medicating. Some gynocologists know how to treat women who need hormone therapy. You may haveyour DHEA too low or too high. They have a way of checking your DHEA and it can be bought OTC. I know if yours is too high it will cause too much hair on a woman. Mine was too low and I have to take it daily. Call a gyno and ask them if they treat hormone imbalances. If one says no, keep trying until you find one who does and if you have a Dr ask him/her to refer you to an endocrinologist (but there are so few of them if you can find a gyno who treats hormonal imbalances go see them) DO NOT self medicate, you will make things worse.

I'm a fourteen year old girl and I'm very thin... Thing is I'm sprouting a pretty good double chin because I've been eating so much. PS3 wont turn of right or load anything, help?

Ok so i just recently started downloading a demo for a game (not sure if that had something to do with it) anyways i noticed my system sorta running sluggish and i tried going on the internet browser but it froze on me, i went to turn off the system and it beeped but never turned off, my tv screen went blank as if the system were off but it was still running, the green button keeped blinking. I was finally able to turn it off by holding down the power button but when i turn it on my controller wont sync and nothing loads up, ex. my friends list or users accounts wont even show up . The only thing that comes up is the system setting but when i try to go into anything it just freezes again. Does anyone know what i can do to fix this?

I have been on it for about 2 years, 75mg. I have battled anxiety and depression for years, however things are different now. I Struggle with pain and joint issues, (I suspect fibromyalgia) which i have an appointment soon for. My question is, lately i have been blue. crying alot... for no good reason (the pain doesn't help either it is very frustrating) And i have had bad experiences with many depression meds. Paxil made me go CRAZY, and others do no help. They were all SSRI's. Am i in need for something else? or a dosage increase? I get pains in my arms and chest when I am due for a run. I allow myself to run once every 3 days and by the third day the pain starts and I get headaches. I also get sluggish and moody. so i run around 3-4 miles a night, or sometimes in the morning if ive been busy. but last nite i ate dinner and it wasnt a heavy dinner it was rlly heathy, im a vegan, so i dont eat dairy or meat. i had boiled squash w/seosing on it, with pineapple slices and grapes as a side(ik its a wierd combo), then i had a couple saltine crackers. i usually run when i have a semi-empty stomach or im hungry. but after eating dinner i went to run rite away at like 9:00. as i was running i felt rlly sluggish and felt the food jumping in my stomach.literally. then after running a mile or so i got intense cramps that casued me to have to stop and walk which i hated, it was so painful tho. i never get cramps running. is it not good to run directly after eating?how long should i wait to run after eating? it was probs the most pathetic run ive ever done haha

Fire Belly Toad acting very weak, unable to jump properly-HELP!!?

I have two fire belly toads, one of which is acting so strange. He is always the most active and vicous when eating, now when he jumps, he flips over like he has an injured leg, but i cant see a fracture, and when eating, he barely notices the cricket. My computer is running sluggish lately?

The electricity went off last night and I'm having system problems ever since. I find I now have two sets of program files under the C drive and I don't remember that being the case before. One is labeled as (x86) and seems to have some older files, though it also has a yahoo folder the other one does not. Is it possible the system has recovered an older version? Classic Mustang Engine Help!?

I currently own a 1981 Fox Mustang which I bought to restore. During which I found a problem that wont go away. It only happens sometimes. When I park after driving awhile, I notice a strong smell of gas and it has a hard time starting back up and stalls out. Sometimes the idle is a little rough. It also happens when the car has less than 1/4 a tank. After refilling starts back up no problem. On some days it runs like a champ (quick starting, no stalling...smooth idle) while on other days it drives like a piece of crap. The engine sounds and is strong when I first start it up after sitting but loses power after a few minutes of driving, (sluggish) and makes soft sputtering sounds when accelerating. I don't get it! I changed spark plugs, engine wiring, adjusted carb, timing belt, fixed vac leaks I don't know what else is wrong. I'd hate to have to get rid of it. It is a pretty rare car where I live and I'd like to see fixed up one day. :( Please help??

I own a 1995 bmw 318is. I've always driven the car automatic but one day it became very sluggish. when the car is first turned on it drives normally. once it picks up speed it thrusts itself into gear. this is usually second gear. thats when the gear light comes on and its sluggish driving till its parked and engine off. one thing i did take note of was the fact that when turned off and then turned back on again the light would go away and the car would drive fine untill it was time to change gear. But while driving it manually i found that the car switched gears fine. that is only first, second and third. fourth seems to be out cause once i pass 45mph that light would come on and it was what i've described before all over again. the car will go over 45mph but with high rpms assuming that its stuck in third. i felt the need to elaborate and i hope i haven't confused anyone but i seriously need answers. thank you for your patience and assistance:)

Are my friends and I insane?

Ok so it all started this year when my friends and I came up with Hoffman Suck-up League. Basically, we would keep track of how much students in our English class sucked up to our teacher. This eventually turned into a scoring system that tracked different methods of sucking up like answering questions, complimenting the teacher, discussing weekend plans, etc. We thought it was so funny too, and we even made fantasy teams like Fantasy Football with a draft where we chose each kid in the class to be on our teams earning us points! We also made May Madness brackets like NCAA March Madness with kids in our class matched up against each other. The funniest part was that we went the whole year without anyone in the class finding out! However, I did happen to let it slip to one of my friends who was not in the class, and I was locked in a closet for 38 minutes as a punishment. Are we insane?

You woke up in the wrong part of your sleep cycle. Believe it or not, as simple as it sounds, the best way is to snooze for even 5 mins, but you gotta turn your brain off (i mean actually fall back asleep, so that your brain can "fast forward" to the "awake" cycle). Most of us go thru 5-6 sleep cycles a night. Each cycle is approx 40 mins. Each 40 mins cycle is divided (roughly equally) into 20mins REM (dream sleep) and 20 mins NREM (non-REM). Non-Rem is further divided into Stage 1-4. Stages 3 & 4 are your "deep sleep" (makes you feel refreshed and that's where your muscles/body tissues heal overnight etc). You're paralyzed during REM sleep. Sometimes people feel physically tired when they wake up during REM, because they're body hasn't "woken up" yet. Well, that's the best I can do. I really hope I helped you. Basically hitting the snooze one more time, even though it's generally a bad habit, would be good this time (or next time). Take it easy and thanks.

I do know that when FDR taxed the rich at 91% America was and continued to be the strongest wealthies country in the world and the rich were still happy, we had a strong middleclass and a very sound economy. I've been running in the morning the last few times, but I feel sluggish and I keep pushing my workout farther and farther, even on 7-9 hours of sleep. Even when I run at a later time, I don't have any motivation and I'm not very determined. Any suggestions on how to have more determination and motivation?? What can cause a sluggish start?

I have a 85 Caprice Classic and on the 1st start of the day i have trouble starting. I turn the key and the engine cranks, but it wont turn over. Once it heats up, it starts rite away, everytime. But that 1st start of the day, ill have to try 3-4 times, and it slowly gets going. 3weeks ago It started up fine, then i would have turn the key twice n it would start on the 2nd time, then i had to do it 3 times, now 4. Could it just b the spark plugs? Keep in mind, it only does it on the 1st start of the day. All other starts during the day it starts rite up and its different then when the carb is cold needs to warm up, i know how the car acts then.

Why is my transmission sluggish?

I have a 1995 Kia Avella (Ford Aspire) with an automatic transmission. The transmission works fine unless I let the car sit un-driven for 3 days or more. When I go to drive the car after 3 or more days, this happens: I shift into gear (reverse or drive) and press the accelerator. The car moves very slowly for a few seconds but finally operates normally. This only happens when I initially start the car, and doesn't happen again unless I let the car sit for a few days. It's like the tranny has to build up pressure or something...? This has been happening since about 2008.

Drove through puddle, car behaving strangely?

I drove through a puddle today, wasnt too deep, just enough to slow it down. But then going around a roundabout straight after it was a little sluggish getting around in 3rd gear. Then i parked at the shops and left the stereo on as y sister went and got something. It started fine. then going up a hill just after it lost all power in 3rd and 2nd, no revs at all, so had to go up in 1st. i then stopped and i was idling just under its normal idle rev count and was shaking like it does when it is about to stall, havent tried to start it for a few hours. it is still raining, will it be ok to get home? and will i be ok in general? does it just need to dry out? rev it out next time i start?

Need snack ideas for long road trip?

This summer we will be making a long road trip. In the past we've done the typical chips/candy type thing for our "snacks" and end up at our destination sluggish and with a serious case of gut rot. I always feel like crying and sometimes just break out in tears. The slightest thing makes me cry. I am easily irritated and generally feel nervous, worried, there's always something on my mind. I have an extremely difficult time reading, staying focused. I am very sluggish, it takes me a long time and a lot of effort to do everyday things. My puppy has been acting odd all day and his stomach is making loud noises, what's wrong?

All day he has been sluggish and is refusing to eat. I've tried feeding him a lot of things- even his favorite treats. He's turning down everything. All he wants to do is sleep. I'd lean towards your TPS because if you took it off-roading and got any water suck into their or something it can damage the sensor. It could also be something happened with the injection kit while off-roading. It's hard to tell. any check engine lights?

I am a year-round volleyball player and my school season has just started. Every year during club season I put on some extra body fat due to less practice and workout sessions. Is it okay to eat once a day only?

I am so active during the day and when I am active I just cannot eat, it completely supresses my hunger and when I force myself to eat even a little bit it makes me feel horrible, sluggish and bloated. Only when I've been sedentary for a few hours do I get an appetite, which is as night. Eating that meal at night also helps me sleep. Is it okay that I only eat once a day? I get enough calories (and not too much either) because I make sure I eat calorie dense food like nuts and the meal lasts a few hours.

I am in a terrible way. I'm 21 and cant even run up a flight of stairs without gasping for breath or anything. Although i have a healthy BMI of 22.5, my choices of lifestyle are leaving me feeling worn out, sluggish and generally unmotivated to do anything.
