Does anyone when taiwan will be receiving uh60 Blackhawks?

I have read on a web site saying the 6.4 billion dollar purchase will coming to Taiwan in 2013 however there was a recent article that said Taiwan has postponed the purchase til 2018. Does anyone know if the postponement is real or is it fake just calm relations between Taiwan and china. I hope taiwan can get the Blackhawks soon cause the uh1. Hueys are aging.
