Who is good at math? a question?

Can anyone tell me if the government could afford to give every person out of work a 100,000 check? I'm talking US citizens only. I think the estimate is somewhere around ten million people out of work. I ask because they gave over 700 billion to all those so-called to big to fail companies like AIG, Goldman sachs, etc., so what would be the price of giving ten million people a hundred thousand each? And does the gov have the money to do this?
