How long would i have to wait for a launch window to earth to open?

(for a science project) (we're using an antimatter engine that will get us there in 30 days) secnario: so we've just arrived at mars using the launch window from earth. how long do we have to wait for a launch window TO earth to appear? ps we're using a hoffman transfer orbit
